Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Processing time
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
Personalized/printed items may take a little longer to process.
We process and ship personalized products within 2 to 5 business days. However, we know from experience that printed products are usually shipped within 1-3 working days.
All orders are processed and shipped on working days as standard.

Shipping method
We send all our packages via Dpd.
The packages are collected from us by Dpd and delivered to your home.

Track & Trace
The orders can be followed via the Track & Trace that you will receive in your email from Dpd.
Sometimes the e-mails from us or from Dpd end up in your junk mail. If you haven’t received an email from us in your inbox, check if the email ended up there.
It is possible to change the address and/or the delivery date as soon as the package has been presented to Dpd.
You can process the changes and/or instructions for delivery by e-mail from Dpd.

Dpd delivery time per country

  • Netherlands 1 working day
  • Belgium 1-2 business day
  • Germany 1-3 working days
  • France 2-3 working days
  • For the other countries, a delivery time of between 3 and 8 working days applies, depending on the country and their customs clearance process.

    *The delivery time is subject to change, possible delays in the sorting process of Dpd can ensure that your order will take longer than the above delivery times indicate.

Delivery outside the EU

Even if you do not live in Europe, it is possible to place an order with us. However, shipments outside the EU are not delivered with DPD but by the shipping company of the country of receipt.
Delivery times are between 14 and 30 days, depending on the country and their customs clearance process.
For shipments outside the EU, customs clearance fees may be charged by the country of receipt.

Italy, Ireland, Finland & Sweden

    Free shipping when you spend over €200.

Do you live outside the EU and do you want to place an order? We advise you to contact us first before you place an order. The shipping costs below are calculated on packages with a weight up to 2 kg.

If the order weighs more than the previously estimated weight, we can charge extra shipping costs afterwards.

For shipments outside the EU there are two standard rates for packages up to 2 kg. Which of the two rates applies to your package depends on the country of destination
