At Petite Muslima, your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, no worries. We make returns easy and straightforward for you with our return policy.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Period

• Within 14 days of receipt, you can indicate that you wish to cancel your purchase.
• The unused product must be returned within 30 days.
• We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the return.

Petite Muslima’s Return Service 

• Returning is easy via DPD (within Europe).
• Let us know that you want to return the order through the contact page.
• We will create the return label and send it by email.
• Return costs are deducted from the refund; check the costs per country on our website.

Use Your Own Return Methode

• It’s also possible to return your order without using our return service. Use the return form for this.
• Fill in the form, add it to your return shipment, and send it back within 30 days of receipt.
• Inform us about the return and provide the tracking code.

Partial Returns and Free Shipping

• Shipping costs for delivery are not refunded in case of partial returns.
• Note: If a partial return reduces the original order value below €80, we deduct shipping costs from the refund.

Product Evaluation

• You may try the product and open the packaging.
• Only use it as much as necessary to decide if you want to keep it.
• Damage due to excessive use may incur charges.

Refusal of Order or Non-Pickup

• Refusing at the door or not picking up at a Parcelshop? Costs equal to the return costs of your country.
• These costs are deducted from the refund.
• Rejected perishable goods and/or printed/personalized items are not refunded.

Returning via Parcelshop

• Pack the items carefully and add the return form.
• Drop off the package at a Parcelshop, keep the shipping receipt (and provide us with the tracking code if not using our return service).
• Upon receiving the return, you’ll receive a confirmation, and we’ll refund the entire amount within 14 days.
