Processing Time
After receiving payment, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. For personalized/customized items, processing time may be slightly longer.
- Personalized products are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. In practice, printed products are often dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- All orders are processed and shipped on business days.
Shipping Method
We reliably dispatch all our packages via DPD. Your package is collected by DPD from our facility and delivered directly to your address.
Track & Trace
Easily track your order through the Track & Trace link provided in the DPD email. If you haven’t received an email from us in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
- You have the option to modify the delivery address and/or date once the package has been handed over to DPD. Process these changes and/or delivery instructions through the DPD email.

- Netherlands: 1 business day
- Belgium: 1-2 business days
- Germany: 1-3 business days
- France: 2-3 business days
- Other countries: 3-8 business days, depending on the country and its customs clearance process.

Delivery Outside the EU
Even if you reside outside Europe, you can place an order with us. Shipments outside the EU are handled by the shipping company of the receiving country.
- Delivery times range from 14 to 30 days, depending on the country and its customs clearance process.
- Customs clearance fees may apply for shipments outside the EU and will be charged by the receiving country.
